About
Who Are We
Miracles, a charity dedicated to supporting children and their families living in sickness and poverty. We believe that every child deserves a chance to thrive, and through our programs, we strive to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Vision & Values
Vision
Miracles vision is that no family living in poverty and facing a life crisis should have to face it alone.

Values
Safeguarding – we take great care to keep the children and vulnerable adults we support safe. We have in place a robust child protection plan and all Miracles employees and key volunteers are DBS cleared.
Inclusiveness – our support is without prejudice. We support children and their families irrespective of their race, religion, gender, age, location or political affiliation.
Participation – we value and encourage the contribution of volunteers, community members and organisations and strive to support all contributors to our work in a positive and inclusive manner.
How We Help
Since our launch we have provided a vital service to people in the UK who have hit rock bottom and have no one and nowhere else to turn.
We work across the UK with referral agencies such as children's hospitals (including Great Ormond Street and the Royal Marsden), charities like CLIC Sargent, local authority social workers, schools and Citizens Advice. We offer a 24 hour rapid response so that our support is there when families need it – when it can really make a difference – this is what makes Miracles unique.

Rapid Relief: We provide immediate, practical support to families facing a crisis. Our support ranges from essential daily needs like food and clothing to urgent help with hospital travel, emergency accommodation, and preventing evictions. When appliances break down, such as washing machines, fridges and cookers, we're there to help replace them. We also replace broken beds, missing bedlinen and some furniture. When bills mount up, we step in. All this and so much more.
